The best way to get back up and running fast is to provide us with the following when you fill out your support request:
- Use ONE email address – all of our support information is based on the email address we have on file. Please use it for better service!
- Watch your In Box – once you complete this form you’ll get an email confirmation with your ticket number. [Check your spam folder too] If you do not get a confirmation number then no ticket was entered
- Watch your In Box – even if you choose to be contacted by phone below. If we can find a simple answer that we can get to you FASTER by email, we will.
- Do not open multiple tickets. If your ticket is closed, just reply to any email related to the issue and it will automatically open it back up again.
- We respond in the order a request is received. Normally ,that is FAST. But if you have gotten your confirmation email and haven’t heard from us yet then we are helping other customers and will get back to you as soon as possible – promise.
- Send pictures or short video clips of the problem along with as detailed description as possible. That’s your best chance of us getting you back up and running in the shortest amount of time.
